The Role
This is not a traditional “community manager” role. This is cultural architecture.
We’re looking for a Regional Head of Community to become the face and heartbeat of BON CHARGE within your region, igniting a movement around our lifestyle and pioneering a new era of wellness culture.
You’ll unite consumers, wellness leaders, media, practitioners, and brand advocates into a thriving, loyal, and vocal community. Think mini-founder energy: entrepreneurial, socially magnetic, commercially savvy, and deeply connected to the pulse of your region.
Your mission: turn BON CHARGE from a premium wellness brand into a cultural movement in your market.
What You'll Lead
1. Regional Community Strategy & Growth
* Build and execute a community strategy that aligns with our global vision and feels native to your region.
* Identify cultural opportunities: Cities, subcultures, wellness hubs, and institutions to expand influence.
* Establish scalable community “hubs” that create belonging and momentum.
* Localise global campaigns into culturally resonant executions.
2. Ambassadors, Influencers & Practitioner Ecosystem
* Build relationships with high-calibre local talent: creators, experts, athletes, practitioners, studios, and wellness entrepreneurs.
* Recruit and activate influential ambassadors (quality over volume) aligned with BON CHARGE’s premium brand positioning.
* Support and collaborate with local Scientific Advisory contributors.
3. Events & Experiences (IRL + Digital)
* Lead unforgettable BON CHARGE events, activations, partnerships, and VIP experiences.
* Build rituals and recurring community-led experiences across the region.
* Integrate online/offline funnels to turn engagement into advocacy and adoption.
4. Local Digital Community Development
* Shape regionally relevant content and storytelling with HQ support.
* Source transformations, UGC, ritual content, and local community stories.
* Track emerging wellness, longevity, beauty, and tech trends unique to your region.
5. Voice of the Community
* Gather and translate insights into clear recommendations for Product, Marketing, PR, CX, and Brand.
* Build systems to collect case studies, testimonials, and consumer impact stories.
6. Local PR & Media Influence
* Act as a local spokesperson (with training).
* Support regional PR agencies with storytelling angles, talent, and media opportunities.
* Build meaningful relationships with journalists, editors, podcasts, and wellness media.
7. Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
* Develop premium partnerships with gyms, hotels, spas, biohacking studios, universities, corporates, and cultural leaders.
* Embed BON CHARGE into the spaces that shape culture and influence trends.
