Senior Project Manager - Leisure & Hospitality Projects
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance + Additional Benefits

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex leisure and hospitality refurbishment projects across the UK.
This is a senior-level role suited to someone who can hit the ground running, manage multiple projects concurrently, and confidently oversee all on ‑ site delivery elements.
The position offers a hybrid structure, with the majority of time spent visiting live sites nationwide, combined with work-from-home and occasional office attendance as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple refurbishment and fit ‑ out projects simultaneously (typically three live sites at any one time).
Oversee full project lifecycle including strip ‑ out, interior works, and complete fit ‑ outs.
Lead on ‑ site delivery, spending the majority of the week on site (approx. 3 days) with 2 days working from home.
Collaborate closely with the Quantity Surveyor, who will handle all pricing and commercial input.
Monitor and manage labour costs, procurement, and supply chain performance.
Oversee project programmes, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Appoint and manage Site Managers and required project staff.
Conduct regular site visits nationwide, ensuring quality standards and compliance.
Liaise professionally with stakeholders, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Report on project progress, risks, and resource requirements.
Uphold high standards of health & safety across all projects.
What We're Looking For
A proven Senior Project Manager with significant experience in leisure & hospitality refurbishments.
Pubs or hotels or leisure experience is essential.
Strong background managing complex, multi-site, fast ‑ paced refurbishment projects.
Confident working independently and making decisions on site.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple teams.
Strong communicator who can work closely with internal QS and delivery teams.
Comfortable with nationwide travel and regular site presence.
Ability to work autonomously and think proactively.
