Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on projects based around Heathrow.
Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key workstreams, contributing directly to project profitability, performance, and continuous improvement. The role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment where you'll see the tangible impact of your work across high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment
* Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and CVRs
* Support procurement activities, tendering, and subcontractor management
* Ensure accuracy in cost control and commercial processes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction or structural steel
* Strong commercial awareness xxuwjjq and analytical capability
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
