CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a General Maintenance Operative for our team in Newcastle!
In this role you will be required to carry out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks, which will be varied in nature and include:
* General building works
* Joinery, plastering & painting
* Ground drainage and external works.
* Gulley & Gutter maintenance
* Assisting with site moves
There will also be elements of assisting our engineers with plumbing, light electrical tasks & air conditioning servicing.
Training & up-skilling will be included for this role!

* 8am - 5pm
