Job Description
We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Nottingham, responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners and building client relationships to ensure a positive client experience.

This role is hybrid, requiring presence in the office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities include:
* Working closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Building and maintaining client relationships.
* Liaising with operational teams on activities like scripts, transfers, corporate actions, data changes.
* Preparing meeting packs and valuations.
* Assisting investment managers with pitches and presentations.
* Maintaining back-office systems and client records according to company policies.
Qualifications
To succeed, you should have:
* National 5 (N5) Grade C or above in Maths and English (equivalent to GCSE in England).
* Previous administrative experience.
* Experience in financial services.
* A strong client service ethic.
* Studying towards an Level 4 qualification is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
