We are working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support a modern, high-volume production site in Bradford. The Role
Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring production machinery operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
* Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding in a time-critical production environment
* Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
* Working closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standards
This role operates Monday to Friday, days only (8:00am - 4:30pm), offering routine hours and an excellent work-life balance.
What We're Looking For
* Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled)
* Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments
* Strong fault-finding capability and a proactive maintenance mindset
* Reliable, hands‑on, and keen to develop within a stable organisation
