Overview
ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join a global leader in aerospace innovation. This role is based in Belfast and is a 10-month contract with hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, and a solid understanding of HR and payroll administration processes.
Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain the time and attendance system, utilising Google Appsheet.
* Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee hours, overtime, sick leave, holidays, and other leave types.
* Act as the first point of contact for all time and attendance-related queries from employees, managers and HR, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc time and attendance reports for payroll processing, management review, and HR analysis.
* Manage weekly and monthly data upload files and enter manual adjustments/entries as required. Complete payroll input sheets, new hire forms, and other HR administration forms as needed.
* Manage the administration of all leave types, including annual, sick, parental, and other authorised absences.
* Resolve any error/warning messages in Time & Attendance AppSheet to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar HR or payroll administration role.
* Ability to adapt to fast-paced change with resilience and a can-do attitude.
* Strong proficiency with time and attendance systems and Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, for data analysis and reporting.
* Exceptional accuracy and meticulous data entry and verification.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
