Maintain a calm, safe, and respectful learning environment tailored to individual student needs.

Monitor student engagement, progress, and wellbeing, reporting observations to relevant staff.

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, pastoral staff, and parents/carers to support holistic development.

Encourage independence, life skills, and confidence in line with age and stage.

Full UK driving licence and access to own car (rural setting, limited public transport).

Full right to work in the UK.
Willingness to complete both Child and Adult Enhanced DBS checks.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
