About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Health Care Assistants (HCAs) for the Frimley NHS Health Foundation Trust (FHFT) at the Frimley Park Hospital site. HCAs will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Nursing Associate and support nursing staff to deliver patient care.
Responsibilities
* Carry out agreed clinical activities, including collection of urine and faecal samples, swabs, recording fluid intake/output, changing stoma and urine drainage bags, catheter care, recording pulse, temperature, blood pressure and saturations, and applying the National Early Warning Score (NEWS2).
* Care for enhanced care observation patients (1:1) or bay‑based observation as required.
* Support professionals in implementing care plans for individual patients.
* Assist patients with eating and drinking, menu selection, and be aware of special diets and cultural requirements.
* Assist patients in maintaining personal hygiene.
* Contribute to safe patient movement using mobilisation equipment and assessment procedures to ensure comfort.
Requirements
Applicants must:
* Have current experience as an HCA in the UK.
* Hold a Care Certificate or be able to provide a self‑assessment form before the interview.
* Have spoken and written English at a high level.
* Be able to work under direct or indirect supervision of registered nursing staff.

* The role does not meet the minimum salary threshold set by UKVI.
* The role is not included on the Immigration Salary List (ISL).
* The role is below RQF Level 6 (graduate level).
