In this role, youll be responsible for providing full and comprehensive facilities management. This is a full-time, permanent position. Youll be working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. However, some flexibility will be required, as this is logistics, after all! What youll do on a typical day: Provide and produce an FM maintenance plan which will ensure all recommended, legislative, and essential maintenance activities can be executed by on- or off-site engineer teams incorporating both hard & soft services. Ensure that FM technical data is stored and available in the form of reports, measures or any other format required using the site and Facilities auditing. Managing of Facilities budget for site where a best-in-class service is provided to a lean budget. Ensuring defects and issues are resolved in a timely manner. What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience of working in a senior facilities maintenance role, ideally within a logistics environment IWFM Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent Familiar with COSHH and LOLER regs Health and Safety experience, including IOSH Managing Safely certification We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
