This role will be aligned with our Venue Directory line of business, which provides a robust venue database & sourcing and a booking module for event planners. Venue Directory is a very important contributor to Cvent's success in connecting event planners and suppliers. Our ubscription team is the hub of the business ensuring that venues engage with us by listing their venue on our platform. Your role is integral to the success of the business, by speaking to our clients on the phone via email and through virtual meetings, your core objective will be to ensure that all subscriptions continue to run smoothly from sign up through to renewal. Our current renewal rate is in excess of 95%, so it's a well respected and utilised service. The successful candidate will need to be able to multitask and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy as you will be working closely with the Client Success, Sales and finance teams to ensure all subscriptions and invoices are processed correctly and accurately and be able to report on sales and retention levels. In This Role, You Will: Ensuring all sales and renewal subscriptions are processed accurately each month across all products Account manage existing independent venue customers, offering guidance and insight on how to make the most of their subscription Identify areas to upsell/cross sell Working with and supporting venues when their subscription is due for renewal Handling and processing subscription declines Working alongside the Head of Sales & Group Renewals to ensure all Group subscriptions are up to date and accurate. Working with the finance department to ensure all invoices are sent accurately Reconciliation of all Invoicing each month Working with the Financial Controller to chase unpaid invoices and setting up Direct Debits Handling payment and invoicing queries Create and maintain process flow documentation and training videos for internal use Analyse revenue data each month and look for areas of improvement Compile weekly and monthly revenue reports for the Head of Operations Perform other duties as assigned Here's What You Need: Previous experience in a Revenue Management or Operational role in a B2B setting is preferred but not essential to be considered for this role Must be proficient in Excel and or Google Sheets. Strong Analytical Skills Attention to detail Ability to re-prioritise workloads whilst multitasking and working to deadlines Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written.
