Fixed-Term Retail Assistants (Evening Shifts)

We're looking for enthusiastic Retail Assistants to join our team at Leonardslee Garden Shop during our busy festive season.
Contract: Fixed-term
Dates: 28th November – 30th December 2025
Shifts: 4:00pm – 10:00pm (up to 20 shifts available across the period)
Location: Leonardslee Gardens, Horsham
About the Role
As a Retail Assistant, you'll help keep the shop running smoothly during our popular Leonardslee Lights evening event. You'll provide excellent customer service, assist with sales at the tills, restock products, and ensure the shop looks beautifully presented.

* Friendly and approachable, with great customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and happy to work evening shifts
* Team player, willing to help wherever needed
* Previous retail or till experience is helpful, but not essential – full training provided
