What we offer:
* Permanent contract from day one.
* Flexible schedules:
o Afternoon shifts or split shifts with a rotation from Monday to Sunday, working 5 days with 2 days off or 6 days with 3 days off.
* Fixed salary + monthly bonuses based on performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, call duration, etc.
* Fully paid in-person initial training.
What we are looking for:
* At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
* Good command of office software tools.
* Problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
Spanish and English, both mandatory.
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential!
