We are partnering with a respected UK-based asset manager seeking to hire an Investment Marketing Specialist to join their London-based Market Development team.
This is a highly collaborative and strategically important role at the intersection of investments, marketing, and client engagement. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys translating complex investment ideas into clear, compelling content and supporting the growth of investment products through impactful communication.
The Role
As an Investment Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the promotion and positioning of the firm’s investment capabilities across the full client lifecycle.
Acting as a bridge between investment, marketing, compliance, and relationship management teams, you will help create and deliver high-quality marketing materials and content that drive client engagement and support business development initiatives.
You will contribute to product launches, develop educational materials, and ensure messaging is consistent, compliant, and aligned with the firm’s broader investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, insights, and sales collateral to support the distribution of investment products
* Collaborate with investment teams and writers to translate complex investment concepts into clear client-facing content
* Support the launch of new products with compelling positioning and go-to-market materials
* Develop educational content highlighting product features, benefits, and investment messaging across client segments
* Lead on sustainability-related marketing materials, including publications and campaigns
* Coordinate with compliance and subject matter experts to ensure all content meets regulatory standards
* Maintain and update marketing collateral across channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy
* Engage with internal stakeholders, including fund managers and business development teams, to support marketing initiatives
* Assist with events, campaigns, and broader marketing projects
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years’ experience in a marketing, content, or communications role within financial services or a related field
* Strong writing ability, with a proven track record of translating complex concepts into clear, engaging content
* Experience working across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Understanding of asset management or investment products is advantageous
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Marketo, Mailchimp, CMS platforms) is beneficial
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver to tight deadlines
* Degree-educated or equivalent
