Reeson Education is recruiting a skilled Early Years Practitioner to work in a welcoming and well:resourced early years provision in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner who is committed to delivering high:quality early education and supporting children at this crucial stage of development.
As an Early Years Practitioner, youll work with children aged 0:5, helping them explore, learn, and thrive through play:based activities. The setting has strong leadership, excellent resources, and a collaborative team who will support you in your role.
Role Details for the Early Years Practitioner:

Pay: GBP13.69:GBP15.87 per hour

Location: Enfield, Edmonton, Palmers Green, Winchmore Hill

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: Full:time (40 hours per week)

Contract: Long:term, with opportunities for a permanent role
Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:

Deliver high:quality early years learning experiences
*
Support children with communication, social interaction, and independence
*
Prepare resources and help create an inspiring learning environment
*
Assist with assessments, observations, and planning
*
Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure childrens needs are met
Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner:

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is mandatory
*
Previous early years or nursery experience highly desirable
*
Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
*
Warm, positive, and proactive approach to supporting young children
*
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
