Our mission is to collapse the decade-long timeline it takes to bring new therapies from lab to production. This role exists to accelerate that mission by increasing the velocity of the entire company.
As a force multiplier for the founder, you will execute on the highest-leverage work to solve the most critical problem of the day. One day, that's shipping code to automate a workflow; the next, it's deconstructing a market problem from first principles. Your mandate is to solve whatever is blocking our progress.
This requires a builder who is fluent in both code and business, thrives on extreme context switching, and is pathologically obsessed with impact. The expectations are absolute. This is a role for someone who wants to understand how a company is built by being at the epicenter of the build itself.
