3rd Line Support Engineer - London
Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for solving complex technical issues? We're seeking a talented 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our clients dynamic team within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector and provide exceptional technical support to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve escalated technical issues from 1st and 2nd line support teams, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
* Implement and support advanced technologies, such as virtualisation, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement tailored IT solutions that meet business needs
* Provide proactive monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of IT environments to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a 3rd line support role, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
* Strong technical proficiency across a range of technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, and Cisco networking
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels
* Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent are desirable
