Duties
* Provide technical design services and project management to the residential sector
* Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
* Produce building regulations and planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
Skills and Experience
* Relevant degree within Architecture
* Significant post qualification experience within a relevant role within a UK practice
* Proficient with AutoCAD
* Background in working on bespoke residential projects
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK Drivers License
