What you'll do: Keep our kitchen and catering areas spotless, ensuring all surfaces, utensils, and equipment are clean, safe, and ready for use. Follow food safety and health & safety standards, using cleaning equipment correctly and reporting any hazards or faulty items promptly. Help maintain an organised and tidy kitchen, including stores and equipment, while using materials efficiently to avoid waste. Support your team by covering other areas when needed and assisting with training or any day-to-day kitchen needs. Respond quickly to any issues or concerns, including customer or team feedback, escalating them appropriately. Maintain a professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene, while following all company and client policies. What you bring: Previous experience in kitchen operations and working effectively within a team. Ability to lead, motivate, and coach others to improve individual and team performance. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, clients, and colleagues at all levels. Willingness to learn and develop skills through training and hands-on experience. Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high standards in every task.
