The Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
This is a 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle; from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and build a strong client portfolio
* Develop and manage client relationships within hospitality, leisure, or related sectors
* Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent using databases, job boards, and social media
* Provide expert advice to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
* Achieve and exceed revenue and placement targets
* Stay up to date with market trends and industry insights
About You
* Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-driven environment
* Passion for the hospitality, retail, or service industries preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven, ambitious, and resilient
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles
* A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
