The Role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and teams. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance, and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Running shifts and planning staffing coverage
* Managing labour, rotas, and understanding restaurant financials
* Recognizing and celebrating great performance on shift
