Overview
Join a growing inspection & quality assurance team within a reputable multidisciplinary consultancy. Play a key role in maintaining high standards across residential, commercial, and refurbishment projects, with strong long-term progression as the business expands.
Responsibilities
* Undertake regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications & UK building regs
* Identify and report defects or deviations from agreed standards
* Provide technical guidance to contractors & project teams
* Produce clear and detailed inspection reports
* Liaise with clients, consultants & stakeholders throughout project delivery
Skills & Experience
* Proven Clerk of Works or site inspection experience
* Strong knowledge of UK construction techniques, building regs & H&S standards
* Ability to interpret architectural & engineering drawings
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
