As Project Manager you will be responsible for project managing the safe and successful delivery of installation projects from initial planning through to system commissioning, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met.
The role will be responsible for covering projects Nation Wide (however most projects are based in the London locations). Candidates will be required to travel extensively (Nationally) and will require the ability to stay away from home as necessary.

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within a Construction Project Engineering / Management role, ideally working on Large Commercial and/or Public Sector M&E installation projects.
* Previous experience working on Fire Suppression / Detection / Protection or similar solutions
* Hold Current CSCS Manager Level Card
* CDM, SMSTS, MAPM, PRINCE2 would be desirable
* Previous experience of managing Suppliers / Sub-Contractors
* Strong understanding of HSE requirements
* Able to travel Nationally, including overnight stays where required
Key Responsibilities
* Create project schedules which meet the clients requirements and contractual obligations.
* Prepare Site Surveys, risk assessments, method statements etc. for the project
* Act as the liaison point for clients throughout the project
* Successfully deliver projects from Initial planning through to completion, ensuring agreed time frames, costs and quality standards are maintained through the lifecycle of the project
* Ensure variations to the original plan are agreed in writing by the client as necessary
* Ensure appropriate supervision of project team, ensuring the assigned installation team (including sub-contractors) are competent and qualified to undertake the project requirements
* Ensure the project and installation team are fully briefed in respect of the project requirements, including systems of safe working, RAMS and Toolbox Talks etc, and that signatures for such are collected as necessary and copies returned to the QHSE Dept.
* Identify and set clear and relevant benchmarks to monitor progress towards Time, Cost, and Quality on each project.
* Responsible for the financial planning and monitoring of the project costs, including re-forecasting as necessary
* Responsible for ensuring health, safety and Environmental legislation is adhered to
* Conduct regular site safety audits and return all audit paperwork to the QHSE Compliance Dept.
* Ensure records are maintained, in the associated Site and Project File, as required by the Client and internal Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
