What You’ll Do
* Develop and manage long-term relationships with consultants, specifiers, and partners.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive solution specification into major projects.
* Deliver presentations, workshops, and networking events to raise awareness and engagement.
* Provide technical and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client success.
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years’ experience in account management, business development, or specification sales.
* Proven success working with consultants, engineers, or architects.
* Knowledge of building automation, HVAC, or smart building solutions or transferable skills (advantageous).
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Confident working independently in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
