We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the operational heartbeat of our marketing function. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a data-driven leader who thrives on precision, process, and performance. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly, and driving the optimisation of our marketing systems, processes, and data. Your insights will shape strategic decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness across the business. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Strategy Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment, consistency, and timely delivery. Optimise the marketing technology stack, with a focus on HubSpot implementation, adoption, and ongoing performance. Develop and refine lead capture and nurture workflows to support conversion goals. Use GA4 and other analytics tools to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports aligned to KPIs and business objectives. Drive audience segmentation strategies to support targeted marketing efforts. Collaborate with sales, product, IT, and finance teams to align operational workflows and improve efficiency. Support forecasting and ROI analysis to inform tactical and strategic decisions. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to internal processes, HR policies, and mandatory training requirements. Uphold data security and compliance standards, including GDPR, Health & Safety, and ISO regulations. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role with proven line management and change management success. Chartered Marketer or CIM qualification. Advanced expertise in GA4 and HubSpot, including reporting, segmentation, and automation. Experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns. Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and project management skills. Adaptable, process-driven, and collaborative.
