The Role Working closely with the senior leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer will take responsibility for overseeing the operational running of the business. The role will centre on improving how the organisation functions day to day, ensuring teams, systems, and processes are aligned to support wider commercial objectives and sustainable growth.
