An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing team within the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry. This role is ideal for someone with technical knowledge and commercial acumen, ready to take ownership of business growth in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
What’s on Offer
* Base salary from £45,000 (OTE from £50,000+)
* £5,500 annual car cash allowance
* Uncapped commission structure

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your assigned market or region
* Identify and secure new business through lead generation and solution selling
* Present technical services to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions using a consultative approach
* Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell engineering and compliance solutions
* Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and reports
* Stay informed about industry trends and market developments
Candidate Profile
* Experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), preferably in a commercial or engineering capacity
* Knowledge of industry regulations and inspection standards
* Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close high-value deals
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to build relationships across all levels, especially in technical or industrial settings
* Experience with CRM tools and achieving structured sales targets
