Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance professional to lead our Quality Management System (QMS), ensure company-wide compliance, and oversee health & safety, fleet, and head office facilities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, manage audits, maintain ISO standards, and support a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001
* Lead internal and external audits, CAPA processes, and compliance reporting
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the organisation
* Support health & safety across sites and the office, including RAMS oversight
* Manage fleet compliance, checks, servicing, records, and vehicle security
* Oversee head office facilities, maintenance, suppliers, and safety protocols
* Travel to company sites as required to conduct audits and inspections
Experience & Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in quality and compliance
* Experience with ISO standards, audits, and fleet oversight
* NEBOSH and ISO auditor training (desirable)
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, organisation, problem-solving, and cross-functional management abilities.
Additional Information:
* This is an office-based role, so candidates should be located within approximately one hour's travel of NG34 8NX
* Interviews are planned for week commencing 05/01/2026, however early interviews may be arranged for strong applicants
