A senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to step into an Associate Partner–level role within a growing building consultancy in Manchester. This position offers real influence over project delivery, client relationships and regional growth, making it ideal for someone looking to combine hands-on project leadership with strategic responsibility.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the Manchester office, supporting business development activity and mentoring project management professionals, while continuing to lead high-quality client-side commissions.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:

Leading client-side project management services across complex schemes.

Acting as a senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
*
Overseeing programme, risk and governance on major projects.
*
Supporting and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant PMs.
*
Contributing to regional growth, repeat business and client development.
*
Supporting fee proposals, resourcing and project planning.
*
Working closely with senior leadership to shape office strategy.

Strong experience in project management within a consultancy environment.

Proven ability to lead projects and manage senior client relationships.

Commercially aware with experience supporting business growth.

Confident communicator with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
