* Essential Qualification: A formal, recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Early Years Educator).
* Demonstrated Experience: Significant, practical experience working within a formal nursery setting, demonstrating competence and resilience.
* Immediate Impact: Availability to commence employment ASAP, allowing you to quickly integrate and contribute to the team's success.
* Professional Drive: A commitment to the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
