Role Description
This is a full-time office based role for an Electrical Estimator, located in Wombourne. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with the design and contracting teams. Additional duties include managing budgets, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, evaluating technical specifications, and ensuring the financial feasibility of projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Qualifications
* Competence in Electrical Estimating and Cost Control to prepare and manage project budgets effectively
* In-depth knowledge of Electrical Contracting and Electricity principles to understand industry-specific requirements
* Proficiency in Electrical Engineering concepts for technical evaluation and project planning
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across departments and with external stakeholders
* Experience in procurement and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers is a plus
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating and project management
* Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Construction, or related fields are preferred
