G9: £40,777 - £46,142 per annum
Due to successful internal progression opportunities, we currently have a number of permanent, full-time vacancies for experienced social workers across our Adult Social Care locality teams. We are looking for social workers who have completed the ASYE program.
Responsibilities
* Carry out strengths-based assessments and support planning under the Care Act 2014.
* Complete comprehensive Risk Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Decision Making.
* Work within a multi-disciplinary setting, including health partners, voluntary and community organisations.
