Our Birmingham team is backed by an experienced and knowledgeable group of technicians, with long‑standing team members ranging from 5 - 27 years’ service. Here, stability isn’t just promised – it’s proven.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Workshop Manager and Workshop Controller, receiving direct access to expert insight, guidance, and mentorship.
* Work on a mixture of company owned and fleet managed vehicles, with guaranteed work from our National and Regional Key Accounts (circa 800 vans).
* Handle a fleet consisting of 90‑95% LCVs and 5‑10% cars, ensuring consistency and the chance to enhance skills across a variety of vehicle types.
* Access our industry‑leading Training School for continuous professional development, supported by a friendly, experienced team.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician.
* Strong technical knowledge of light commercial vehicles.
* Positive attitude towards learning and development.
