Legal Counsel - Private Equity Funds, London (City of London)

The ideal candidate will work part of a funds legal team for a respected private equity firm.
Responsibilities
* Fund establishment work
* Review and negotiate LPA's and side letters
* Draft complex legal agreements
* Get involved in wider legal activities where required
Qualifications / Skills
* England & Wales Qualified
* Minimum of 2 PQE, ideally more
* Private Equity Fund experience preferable
