Eastbourne Office | Hybrid (1 Day WFH)
£24,000–£28,000 Base + Commission | Year 1 OTE £30,000–£40,000

You'll be working across the education market, placing professionals into roles across Special Education Needs, Primary and Secondary. With strong job flow and supportive leadership, this role offers structured development and real earning potential from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the delivery of recruitment assignments across the education sector
Sourcing, screening and engaging candidates for live vacancies
Coordinating interview processes and managing candidate communication
Building relationships with schools, teaching professionals and support staff
Learning sector‑specialist recruitment skills from experienced consultants
Who We're Looking For
A burning desire to build a meaningful career and earn a high income is essential
Teaching or childcare experience - highly desirable but not essential
Candidates with sales experience such as property, telesales or customer‑facing roles - highly desirable but not essential
Recruitment experience from any sector will be considered
Excellent communicators with strong organisational skills
Energetic, motivated and keen to build a long‑term career in recruitment
Education recruitment experience is highly desirable — and for candidates with that background, higher base salaries up to £35,000 will be considered.
