We're looking for an experienced Estimator with a strong background in masonry works to join our growing team in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with trade knowledge who's ready to take the next step in their career and help deliver accurate, competitive estimates on a range of projects.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing accurate cost estimates for masonry packages
Assessing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Supporting the project team with budgets and cost planning
Ensuring projects are commercially viable and competitive
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in brick / masonry works and/or construction estimating
Strong knowledge of materials, labour, and industry standards
Excellent numerical and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
