My client, a well known house builder, are currently seeking a Technical Coordinator. Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Technical Coordinator will oversee and control the detailed design process for residential development projects, from planning approval through to completion. Working closely with Design Consultants, statutory authorities, and internal departments, this role is central to ensuring projects meet regulatory standards, buildability requirements, and company specifications. The successful candidate will bring technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead both internal and external teams.
