Cantraybridge is hiring an Independent Living Manager to lead its housing support service for young people with additional support needs. This role suits an experienced care leader who can deliver high standards, lead a team well, and take full responsibility for service quality and compliance.
The role
* Manage the day to day delivery of housing support and social care services.
* Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations and SSSC standards.
* Lead, support and develop staff across the service.
* Oversee safeguarding and ensure safe, person centred care at all times.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure legal and quality requirements are met.
* Work with families, professionals and partner organisations to improve outcomes.
Working pattern
Full time role based on a 39 hour week.
What we are looking for
* SVQ 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services at SCQF level 10 or willingness to work towards it.
* Experience managing a health or social care service.
* Strong leadership and organisational ability.
* Clear communication skills.
* Working knowledge of regulatory standards and safeguarding.
