What You Will Do Fabricate and weld trailer components to precise specifications Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently Carry out quality checks to maintain our market-leading standards Work closely with your team to meet production goals What We Are Looking For Proven experience inMIG welding and fabrication (ideally heavy manufacturing) Ability toread engineering drawings confidently Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship A proactive, team-oriented mindset NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Welding/Fabrication (preferred but not essential) Why Join SDC? Location: Toome Working hours: Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 16:30pm - 40 hrs/week - enjoy your Fridays off (with overtime available if you want it). Pay: We have three pay bands. Operators can progress by meeting set criteria. A monthly performance bonus is paid after couple of weeks, based on efficiency.
