You will be responsible for electrical compliance maintenance across tenanted and void properties, contributing to a professional and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct day-to-day repairs in tenanted properties
* Repair and install lighting, sockets, switches, and extractor fans
* Participate in rotational emergency callouts
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training in electrical installation
* Relevant qualifications including 2365 and AM2; Level 3 Electrical Installation preferred
* Full driver's license and willingness to travel within an hour
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
* Willingness to mentor apprentices and trainees, supporting team development
