* Lead AI & automation projects from start to finish, turning manual tasks into efficient processes
* Analyse performance data and user research to see where AI can add value in business departments to build or buy AI and automation solutions e.g., building an AI assistant to respond to overnight customer queries
* Ensure solutions are practical and solve real business problems
Qualifications
* Hands on experience building AI and automation solutions
* Experience with AI tools, delivering AI projects and a keen interest to identify how AI can add value
* Hands on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager or Product Engineer
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to work at pace in a scale-up business
