We are looking for a Senior Family Support Worker to join our Early Help Service in Pendle.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support frontline teams delivering high-quality early help interventions.
As a Senior Family Support Worker, you will:
1. Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of frontline staff (typically 5–10 direct reports).
2. Deliver targeted early help support through a key service theme:
3. Intensive Support – Whole-family casework for complex needs.
4. Manage resources, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of practice.
5. Work collaboratively with partners to improve outcomes for children and families.
What We’re Looking For:
6. Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
7. Substantial experience in early help services and supervising staff.
8. Strong understanding of thresholds, evidence-based interventions, and multi-agency working.
9. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
