What You'll Be Doing:
12. Create and manage rota schedules for all teams.
13. Coordinate vehicle availability and route allocations.
14. Maintain our Fleet Management System and ensure driver data is accurate and compliant.
15. Support training and development activities across the Distribution team.
16. Build strong relationships with external providers.
17. Provide admin and coordination support to the wider Distribution team.
18. Compile compliance reports for the site’s leadership team.
Essential Ingredients
19. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
20. Confident using SAP, fleet systems, and document management tools.
21. Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
22. A self-starter who can prioritise and manage their own workload.
23. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
24. Operator Licence Awareness trained, with knowledge of compliance obligations.
