As a student support worker, you will assist students in classrooms, community access, and activities to develop life skills, including personal care. You will help create a nurturing environment where students can thrive, ensuring their needs and aspirations are met. Your support will promote their personal growth, hygiene, comfort, and abilities while minimizing risks.
You will encourage students to participate actively in college and community activities, supporting their independence and confidence. Effective communication is essential to understand and implement care plans seamlessly.
