WHITE FORCE SME - GENERAL DESCRIPTION PLEXSYS UK is seeking an experienced White Force (WF) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join the PLEXSYS 8 Sqn team based at RAF Lossiemouth. The WF SME is expected to be experienced in WF services delivery, current operational training delivery and have previous experience operating on either Air C2 or Combat Air platforms. Under the oversight of the PLEXSYS UK Training Services Manager the WF SME is a multi-faceted role. In your role, you will be representing PLEXSYS, while interacting with both end users - delivering cutting edge training events and WF advice, and Project Managers - ensuring that training needs are met to the highest standard. You will be an innovative self-starter able to show initiative as a team player who can help develop concepts and solutions to meet our customers’ challenges. Your strong communication and leadership skills will allow you to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, technical and business stakeholders to deliver excellence. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Understand and become an SME on all PLEXSYS and sub-contracted products. Collaborate with PLEXSYS product, engineering and SME teams to provide customer feedback and identifying enhancements to training content and system capabilities. Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training to military personnel as required by the customer. Develop and adapt classroom training materials and lesson plans to meet customer requirements. Create, deliver and de-brief exercise training events as requested by the customer. Provide on-site and remote customer support during system integration, testing, exercise delivery and training events. Contribute to trainee training records, reports, and after-action documentation. Represent PLEXSYS in a professional manner during presentations and meetings both in person and on-line. Demonstrate organisational, project leadership, decision-making, human relations and communication skills. Assist with PLEXSYS product demonstrations and interact with customers at trade shows, industry events, workshops and webinars Ensure training delivery aligns with PLEXSYS quality standards, customer requirements, and security protocols. Have the ability to travel of up to 30% of the time. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Airborne operator experience on either a TAC C2 or Combat Air platform. Previous experience working in the MoD along with knowledge of MoD operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel. Experience in managing client relationships, client expectations and project timelines. • Understand the Concepts and principles underpinning Live, Virtual and Constructive systems for Training or Test and Evaluation. • Have an efficient, structured approach to status reporting to a range of stakeholders. • Have proven multitasking ability; incisive analytical thinking; detail-oriented approach to planning and quality assurance; excellent verbal and written communication skills. ESSENTIAL Have the ability to hold Security Clearance – Secret and above. Military experience in C4ISR/Combat operations. Previous experience in delivering WF services. DESIRABLE Comfort with Wiki system as primary method for project organization and knowledge sharing. Qualified Weapons Instructor (QWI) graduate. WHY PLEXSYS?
