The Security Operations Support Administrator will be responsible for organising the security engineers diary and administration for the security team. Will provide support to the wider service team and to provide cover for other functions when needed.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Organise and maintain engineers diary and workload.
* Liaise with clients, account coordinators, sales and engineers to book in planned maintenance and remedial works.
* Providing risk assessment and method statements for PPM works.
* Managing access to site for engineers and any required permits.
* Prompt and accurate response to client enquires.
* Escalating problems or complaints to the Operations Manager (Security Systems) where appropriate.
* Ensure all engineer/ site paperwork is obtained and processed promptly and in line with the companys procedures.
* To build and maintain strong client relationships and uphold the positive reputation of Senseco Systems.
* Supporting the Operations Manager (Security Solutions) with any required audit preparation and third-party accreditation/ approval.
* Produce remedial quotations following client requests and PPM attendances, if required.
* Create reports from SimPRO where applicable.

* Computer literate with packages such as Microsoft 365.
* Good written, oral and numerical skills.
* Excellent telephone manner
* Proven organisational skills.
* Previous customer service background.
* Ability to work as a team member, as well as autonomously.
Competencies
* Proven previous administration experience.
* Experience of managing or scheduling work.
* CRM / EPR experience
* Desire to learn the legal and regulatory compliance for the security industry.
