Digital Designer and Content Creator
Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Digital Designer and Content Creator to join our Marketing Department on a full‑time, all‑year‑round permanent basis.
This role works across all four Windsor Forest Colleges Group campuses, based out of either Slough, Langley College or Berkshire College of Agriculture, with travel to all campuses as required. Salary from Scale I of the Support Staff pay scale (£29,487 to £32,206 per year).
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic Digital Designer and Content Creator. Using our extensive library of images and adding further content, you will work on design projects for all internal and external promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and user interface design for our reports, Student Apps, and ILPS.
Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, the Creative Suite and designing & delivering graphic content for campaigns is essential. We are looking for candidates educated to degree level/equivalent, ideally with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role delivering digital and print media to deadlines. A portfolio of work will be requested if selected for interview.
Responsibilities
* Design and create digital and print media in line with brand guidelines for the four colleges within the Group.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support the ongoing development of the College’s digital services in a user‑focused, data‑driven, iterative, and open way.
* Assist with content management systems, WordPress, social media and scheduling platforms when required.
Qualifications
* Degree level or equivalent education.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar digital design role.
* Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and the Creative Suite.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating design for promotions, campaigns and UI.
* Knowledge of brand guidelines and ability to apply them across multiple campuses.
* Experience with CMS (WordPress) and social media tools is an advantage.
