As an Account Manager you will act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring all SLA’s and targets are met.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Delivering profitable growth with current accounts and maximising profitability
* Balancing the requirements of both the customer and business, planning and coordinating price increases.
* Identifying new ways to grow accounts
The right person for the role will come with:
* Similarexperience in an Account Management or salesposition ideally within the distributer industry.
* Confidence with negotiation strategies and knowledge of risk analysis.
* Strong professional understanding of implementing policies and processes, both internally and externally.
