I am currently recruiting for an experienced Business Systems Manager for an award-winning, building services company, who are based on the outskirts of Bromley.
This role would suit someone technically minded and competent (although this is not an IT Manager's type role) and it is essential to also to have experience and capabilities across the other business functionsand back-office management skills.
The Business Systems Manager is responsible for executing, supporting, implementing, and innovating strategic change and continual improvement across all areas of the business, covering some of the following.
* IT- laptops, phones, IT consumables, cyber security & insurances, licensing, configuring of products, hardware and software purchases, front and back end user experience understanding
* Fleet Management -overseeing fleet of company cars & van, purchasing, insurance policies, authorizing repairs etc.
* People Management, -direct reports to this role, covering warehouse, IT, Office Manager, performance monitoring & resolving issues and offering solutions to create a happy and collaborative workplace
* Compliance:dealing with ISO audits, ensuring all areas of business are meeting requirements to maintain accreditations
