What You’ll Be Doing
Reading technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities to produce detailed cost plans
Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and clarify scope
Attending pre-tender and post-tender meetings as needed
Supporting handover to the delivery team, including compiling tender packs and clarifications
Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Directors on project strategy and pricing reviews About You
Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in drylining or interior fit-out
Strong knowledge of SFS, MF ceilings, partitions, and acoustic/fire-rated systems
Ability to interpret drawings and technical specs confidently
Commercially minded with great attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers
Suitable for Estimators looking to step up or established professionals seeking more autonomy About the Company
